Yes. All of my walkthroughs are gold medal runs. If you want to know how, go to first part of the my walkthrough (Medal of Honor: Frontline A Chance Meeting Part 1) and press the action button when near the lever at 1:34. Hop on the train car and man the the MG. A wave of Germans will swarm you, and defeating them all will net you a gold medal if you meet the other requirements for a gold medal.

Same here. It looks over-exaggerated and all the more funny because of the various animations.
