The G80 Locking Differential is THE differential to have when you need to get the power down to the ground. Watch Donnie "The BBQ Man" Thomas and Michael Watkinson put the New Silverado through the paces in REAL ICE AND SNOW!!!

  • 100 rpms not 25rpms

  • Sorry, but you are mistaken, you can either check eaton's product literature or this quote from BOB GRITZINGER Automotive News | 11:20 am, November 3, 2006. Please read. "We were particularly impressed with the Eaton locking rear differential, which takes hold under 25 mph whenever sensors detect a 25-rpm variance in the rear wheels." To be correct, thats 25 RPM difference between the two wheels NOT 100. Not 2500... 25. Otherwise at 100 it would be pointless.
