1. Enough Oil(More oil will make the egg smoother. Believe me, you can try)
2. Cook the egg as fast as posible and resist it to change into solid form. (Only semi-solid egg will give a smooth texture)
3. Butter will make the egg looks yellow(or even brown). Milk can be added to whiten the egg.

Don't mean to be rude, but that was pretty amateurish. Reminds me of how i used to cook 'em....best tutorial I've seen on here is Gordon Ramsey's, check it out.
