How to Make Scrambled Egg 炒蛋
Simply The Best!

The texture is so perfect
Here comes serveral remarkable main points:
1. Enough Oil(More oil will make the egg smoother. Believe me, you can try)
2. Cook the egg as fast as posible and resist it to change into solid form. (Only semi-solid egg will give a smooth texture)
3. Butter will make the egg looks yellow(or even brown). Milk can be added to whiten the egg.
