Well i do that on flat and i backhandspring.
The whole point of the video is the spotter having confidence in the person doing the flip and leading the person into believing that he is being spotted. As you can see the spotter folds his arms while crangle believes he is prepared to catch him. But guess what, OMG HE DID IT LOLOLOLOL
