@Kenpokid4 ISO, though I do own the real thing I have no way to rip it (and PAL Colo is a lot worse than NTSC on Dolphin from what I've read)

I battled him with level 20's when i first got the game and he kept spamming rockslide on me

I'm pretty sure it's impossible to lose to Justy. He has no attacks. Also, Espeon could've spammed Swift for sure-hit damage against all those annoying Double Teams.
