Daryl Hall & John Oates Live at the Troubadour, May 2008. This is not a big stage concert show with fire and lights everywhere, but a nice setting that gave for a Smooth style while being true to the hit song, Great drummer getting all that same style of the original version out of that little basic set. Shows It's not only what you know, but what you do with it, and this drummer is an excellent one.
H & O were young enough at the starting of their rise to fame that 30 years can go by and the guys look and sound great.
If you are under the age of 40 you may prefer this rendition more than the '81 cut. Either way it's a chance to see the great ones up close doing what they love.
