um you are wrong. Bonjour means hello. Salut means hi. and "how are you", technically that is correct but in France people just say Ça va? without the comment and in france to say im good they just reply: oui, ça va? to say good, how are you. I dont usually hear et toi. Also to say i am you say Je suis not just je. Je would just be saying "I". suis comes from étre the verb: to be.

I go good thanks = Je vais bien merci. What??? Aller = to go Etre (^ over the E) = to be:

I am good, thanks = je suis bien, merci.

Je does not mean I am it mean I (that's all Je means)...Je suis (sü ee...swee) means I am! Bonjour means Good Morning or Afternoon.
