Steven Watson, lead guitarist and guitar teacher from Montreal, now in Osoyoos BC, Canada
Steve, born in Montreal in 1964, is the son of a R & B musician, Edwin Watson, know for his band "Eddie and the Preachers" in Montreal during the 60s and later tenor soloist of the renowned Montreal Jubilation Gospel Choir and at the Montreal Jazz Festival. Steve's kid sister Tracy is drummer in two Montreal area rock bands. Steve performed for the first time at 11 years old and was taught by several Montreal college and university teacher in classic guitar, rock, blues and jazz. Steve was bass player and lead guitarist for several Montreal bands - see the featured performance here with Pat Martel of "Offenbach" fame as lead singer and rhythm guitarist in St. Jerome/Quebec in 2005. In 2008 he moved to British Columbia and became a popular guitar teacher to students of all ages and levels.
