I cancelled my SXM account a year ago. It was a joke. I had been a member since 2004, and it was great....now junk. A friend of mine is fixing to cancel his, as he says its the same songs on a loop. He has an iPhone, so thinking of a year subscription to Pandora or just buying a HD radio.

I was an XM subscriber for 5 years (2004-2009). Those 5 years of XM were the best in my life, I listened to XM more than watch TV. But then, the merger happened then the music started to suck and become more of a unified FM format than what I was used to, the comedy channels went to shit, and the prices went higher and higher and higher. I had to cancel XM in Feb. because of the price hike and the poor programming. I won't be subscribing to SXM anytime in the near future.

Agree. The merger blows the channels suck. I like rock music but they have way to many channels. Also i do like the techno music and the station which was the beat now know as BPM sucks ass. I think once howard leaves i along with so many other will cancel my subscription.

also I thought they werent gonna raise prices...Lets see multi subscribers went up additional subsrciptions went from 6.99 to 8.99 a month..now they took away free internet listening and if you want listen you will have to pay 2.99 more a month......This shit company will dissapear once Stern leaves..I know I will cancel mine at the end of his contract if not renewed

Sirius should have let xm go belly up. Sirius isn't the same. Doesn't seem as customer friendly now. I love Howard but will love it when he retires so this company goes away.

i agree, even the hip hop stations have gone to crap. i like lil wayne just like the next person, but damn, he is on evey station all the time!!
