  • i'm a student at the art institute in fort lauderdale, i'm going to mi second year on mi bachelors,is a good school noting extra, but after 16 yeas experience working in the business for me is the only inter ting culinary school i finding in Florida so good lock and d'not forget be passion ed wen you cooked..............

  • @mangopilar oh ok so how is it so far and what do you plan to do when you get out?

Also how is the tuition is it more expensive than most colleges.

  • @rocktrns17 I'm going to Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale for Culinary Arts.

  • @mangopilar Thank you what are you going for in the Arts institute?

  • @rocktrns17 Ok, I was wrong she wore gloves. I attend this school, even though she wore gloves when handling the raw chicken, the juices of the chicken can still seep through and she still should have washed her hands anyway as a precaution. I still think that she should have mentioned, in the video that you should wash your hands even though you are wearing gloves. I see you want to go to school, for Culinary Management? Can I recommend my school The Art Institute as a choice, good luck to you.

  • @mangopilar She had gloves on and didn't touch the chicken with her hands, and in between the time she waited for the chicken the camera cut that part out so she could have cleaned up then.

  • Daniela, like the video but your hair needs to be pinned up for Sanitation reasons and after you handled the raw chicken you didn't wash your hands and having the cutting board exposed with the juice of the chicken now will cause bacteria to form and result in Salmonella. You are trying to teach, the public right?
