This is WATER UDU, and the technique of playing on it is hybrid: not only drumming, but also blowing inside it.

Did you put water in it yourself ? because that's not the Meinl model with the water, it's the Meinl Fiberglass Tri ibo drum model # ID3G0.
I know because i bought the same one.
The Fiberglass Liquid one is the ID9bk/WH and has a black and white faded finish.
Sounds great none the less but it's not the liquid model, you must have added the water to it...am i right ?

Yes, i added water myself. The Meinl model with the water appeared on their store some months after i posted this video to the Meinl website.

there's so much sustain to the tone! does the water account for that? Great playing as always!

this effect is kind of hard to achieve, really depends on particular venue, boxes and soundtech, not really on the water.
