Yes, but would it not be irresponsible NOT to anticipate catastrophic terrorism? Had we not done so the gov't would have been criticized brutally for this failure, neglect in protecting the American people. I agree we have done badly since 9-11, we have engegd unjust wars, totally disproportionate, even risking greater blowback. But just because these kinds of catastrophic events were anticipated does not show that 9-11 was an inside job.

You know guys, anyone of us could have written those reports. It's not that hard to write or imagine, anything. The real genius is having the fucking balls to actually pull it off.
