@RickinHK Actually the hong kong police have one of the highest success rates in the world, and have the fastest 999 response unit in Asia. They also have the single fastest air service and rescue in the whole world. Their admission tests are also incredibly rigorous, not so much when applying to be a PC, but when entering as an inspector, or when you reach the level of chief inspector you must do a 50 KM run/trek in under 24 hrs no matter your fitness. If you are entering the SDU or PTU too.
