where on the bike did you install this? Did you need a special bracket/wires?

I mounted it under the bit of black plastic between the topfairing and the cockpit. Some extra wire is needed, as this thing has it's own lead from the accu :)

Very Nice! How difficult are those to install? sounds a lot better then the stock horn...

It's not very difficult, but the unit is quite large so you need some space on your bike.
