Skyward Sword Hero Mode - 6 Hearts No Shields: Boss 4 The Imprisoned (1)

First Imprisoned fight... yeah, not too hard. Until the third phase, you practically have to TRY to get hit. From then... there may be some problems. You need to sprint wisely to gey around those shockwaves, and running out of Stamina will usually result in getting hit, as seen here. Don't be afriad to drop down and rise back up to get into a better position.

I only found out recently that you can block his shockwaves with a shield, but yeah, that's not gonna help here. Sigh, I'm dreading the second fight...
