Assassins Creed WebOS:Playable Patch Install Guide - N900

This patch will help those who wish to play the unplayable multi-touch webOS games or for those who are stuck midway on them.

Enable your 2G/3G Internet connection (NOT WIFI) then open X-terminal and enter the commenads below in order:

1. sudo gainroot
2. wget http://members.cox.net/jflatt/libsdlpre.so
3. mv libsdlpre.so /home/opt/preenv/lib/libsdlpre.so
4. Exit x-terminal and now run your game

How to delete/uninstall a game
-----------------------------------------

•Run preenv and cd to the game-folder
$ preenv
$ cd game-folder

•Become root and use desktopgen to delete the menu entry

$ sudo gainroot
# preenv
# desktopgen -r appinfo.json
# exit
# exit

•Now you can delete the game folder itself

$ cd ..
$ rm -r game-folder

Dude I followed your instructions but when I play the game I have no keyboard command for jump and when I try to move with for example W for forward it just moves a little bit (more like it tweaks). I tried even with an sh mode but it's the same. Do you have any idea why? I have the latest preenv and maemo with pr1.2

@the1fallen3 It should work. Did you copy everything into the right folder? I would even try and see if there is a newer file for the movement configuration available.

@aboyasser1000 Usually you would get tha on a dead link but I just double checked and the link for the patch is still working. I would check your typing incase you made a mistake. Also ensure you are using 2g/3g web connection instead of wifi.

Hi man have ready install the assadding but whem i write on the x terminal chmod +rwx Assassins... says: chmod: Assassins: no such file or directory... what can i do in that case?

@JJRR89 its a common mistake, it means you are not in the right path when you are typing the command

HEY PLEASEEE I CANT INSTALL FIFA2010 ,I HAVE PREENV 1.7 THE LAST ONE AND I AM DOING ALL THE THINGS ON THE RIGHT WAY,BUT IN THE END WHEN I MAKE "./ fifa" it is thinking a few seconds and it shows like it will open the game -white screen for few seconds and finaly nothing its stops. Please show how to install it and also realsoccer2010. Pleasee,I will pay you money for this favour
