I think the phone was uploading the images to the laptop in the picture for any heavy processing which is how the finished product probably would work. Why process the data in the phone and deal with a 5 minute battery life or a phone the size of a brick when it would take a few seconds over 3g to send it to a server.
nice idea, but i doubt cell phones are the future. Something more like a direct brain link to the internet would do a much more efficient job. Something like a chip that works with the brain like a co-processor that has access to the net.
Prob get 1 min battery life- it's a phone why does everyone want a PHONE that does everything it's a sad sheepish trend that I will never follow, phones will always be slow and laggy and if I'm out, why would I wana surf the internet- I'd be out cos I'm busy, otherwise I'd sit indoors like I am now and surf online
Well. Considering super computers are really super computers and can range from 100,000 to millions it would simply be way to much for the general public. Don't get your hopes up.

Well, that's what it sounded like to me.
