Once signed up, on each subsequent customer visit, customer mentions their email address or phone number to the business representative (like a waiter or service person) to receive reward points for their current visit. The business representative uses the Sterizon wiZit device to validate the membership and credit the points accumulated for that visit. Business owner will be able view and analyze the loyalty activity using Sterizon online Web Portal. Customer's can go online to view their accumulated membership points. Reward points redemption is also done through the Sterizon wiZit device.
