As for the video, g a bit easier on the zooming and waving-the-camera around too much pleease :-)

I know it's hard to keep things more steady, but it will improve your videos no end.

The silent bits could have done with music, maybe, even just to underline that guy's uncalled for behaviour.

According to a seal advocate I spoke to over there a couple days ago, there is a vote due by the first of the year by the San Diego City Council on whether or not to declare this tiny beach a marine sanctuary so that freak exhibitionist would not be allowed to scare away the seals. Locals as well at the tourists who make SD such a wealthy city, please contact them! According to the seal lady, Councilwoman Sheri Lightner, who represents that area, opposes this. Some locals resent the tourists.

He looks like the guy that was out there a few days ago. The seal people put up a yellow rope across half the beach and he crossed over it, set up a big umbrella with words that said something about the beach being open, and he sat under the umbrella for a long time. Almost all the seals went into the water. Too bad because these are the seal birthing months. The ironic thing is that there is plenty of beach space north and south of this little niche the seals have taken a fancy too.

I hate it when people use the constitution and their rights to be a prick. How many beaches are there in california that it is going to effect someone's swim time if one is left to the animals?
