Rachel Firing Taurus PT 1911 .45 ACP

Rachel rather enjoyed the feel and handling of the .45 ACP caliber. Handled the weight quite well and found herself favoring this caliber over the 9mm..

The Recoil though more than the 9mm was more than manageable for Rachel.. It seems that the extra "Umph" was what she is looking for in a Gun...
The 45 Caliber Bullet which is a bit fatter and heavier than the 9mm.. Is a much more suited caliber for self defense.. 9mm rounds have a bad habit of overpenetration which is very dangerous if you do not know what lies beyond the intended target.. 45 ACP will normally stop and expend all energy into its target.. in a self defense situation..
