Girl on Bike Hit by Car in Montreal

I was walking back to my apartment and happened to have seen this lady on her bike, crossing the intersection, get taken out by a car. As I went by they all seemed to be pretty chill about it. They were speaking French, so I'm not sure what all they were saying, but she was really calm and polite for just getting hit by a car.

Well I didn't watched the entire video but in french as far as I've seen she explained how to attach her bike.. that these are things that often happens.. She said that she just crossed the street without watching because she considered her as a car..

Now you have an apartment (therefore you live) in Montreal but you don't speak french? Pardon me but that's rude.
