This is a 50 year old woman s/p myopic Lasik who developed a retina detachment treated with PPV/ Silicon oil that was subsequently removed. She had a severe pressure spike at one point and developed a fixed, dilated, non reactive pupil as well as a dense cataract with an anterior and posterior subcapsular plaque. She had zonular weakness and a CTR was used here. An iris cerclage was performed with 10-0 prolene on a CIF-4 needle. to reduce glare as well as for cosmesis
