@flex78er Dude, not hating on your vids cause you are strong. But, your form is horrible!!!! Your ass came off the bench everytime and you feet are all over the place, which totally takes away leg drive. Go down in weight a little bit and work on your form.

our varsity wide receiver maxes 325lbs @ 205lbs, he's more about speed than strength
im 125lbs max 185lb bench... well that was 2 weeks ago i can only get 175lb max now cuz i barely benched anymore cuz i tore a muscle in my shoulder.
i wanna try to get as strong as you guys, and im 15 years old i have a long way ahead

Your depth is really bad; you don't even reach parallel and you bend your back too much, causing you to good morning the weight up when you should be sitting back so your hamstrings kick in (which is probably why your squat is so low). Plus it's silly that you say wraps are for pussies when you use a belt. Your back is probably weak and underdeveloped because of that. Belts shouldn't be used in normal training until you start squatting very heavy.
