Yes. You have been assimilated into the corporate state/Hollywood hate culture. If you want to get better you should try to be more positive about the good things in life and get actively involved in the things you think are bad to try and make them better. Even doing simple things like sincerely trying to help people deal with their personal problems instead of making fun of them goes a long way.
