Korean Fried Chicken

Ingredients:
1 chicken
salt and pepper
1/2 cup cornstarch (corn flour)

large pot with 2 inches of oil (5 or 6 cm)

Thin Batter:
1 cup water
1 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt

Sauce:
1/4 cup ketchup (60 ml)
5 tablespoons white sugar (75 ml) ?
1 Tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
1 teaspoon to 1 Tablespoon fresh chili paste (sambal oelek)

**NOTE**
I doubled the sauce to really cover the chicken very well

***NOTE***
This was extremely good, a must to make :)

Have a question about the oil. Do you save the oil? If so, how long can you keep it for?

You can use oil 3 times as long as you filter it.

If you fry fish, then I throw the oil out.

This is not Korean Music.. Asian music, yes, but not Korean music.

The recipe looks ok with me. I wouldn't say it is the RIGHT recipe.. but..

you can change some parts as it suits you. And it looks fine with me. Just please change the music. I feel like it is Chinese music?
