  • Ser ut som att ryggen kommer knäckas när som. Jag hade sänkt vikten och fått in formen innan en skada sker.

  • For high reps, no belt is preferable. Also, you reps seems to be nowhere near legal depth. Form is not the best either. Check out Blenderate, there you can see good form with heavy weight. sbFGdpQD_O0 Best of luck with you goal, but personally I'd say fix the horrible form, and get a lot lower in the hole. Still, doing 11 reps with 225kg is pretty good, even for high squats.
