Our Season Finale is loaded with reviews, and tons of goodies. Matthew will review the Dreamcast game, Outtrigger, Chris shows us Bowling on the Atari 2600, and Bree looks at Harvey Birdman for the Playstation 2. We'll also look at the classic film, Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein, and we'll do a Double Review of Rocketeer video games on the NES and Super Nintendo. This, plus a heavily requested "Interlude". Watch and find out!

  • So the film was called Abbot and Costello meet Frankenstein?I don't want to sound like a dick but Frankenstein was the name of the doctor who created him,not the monster itself.

  • True, but the monster was commonly known as Frankenstein to most people, but in the films, he is known as the Frankenstein monster, or just "the monster".

  • I've seen the opening credits of Abbott and Costello meet Frankenstein, nut not the movie, which is a shame.

I can tell you a bit of trivia in a classic cartoon buff POV: The animation in the opening credits was done by the Walter Lantz studios. Their studio was Universal's big cartoon studio.

If you don't know what that studio is, they're mostly well-known for creating the famous Woody Woodpecker cartoons.

  • Yep, I think I mentioned that Walter Lantz had a hand in this movie. He also animated Dracula turning into a bat.

  • i hate cgi green screen bullshit movies. i loved transformers in the 80s, hated the movie. they cant even draw normal cartoons anymore.

  • Love the he man collection.

  • We're all full of mistakes this month. Eh, we'll smack each other around on Tuesday.

That day is gonna kick fuckin ass, brutha.

  • Yeah, Green Hill zone. My bad.

  • You sure it wasn't Green Hill Zone, dude?

  • I've seen those figures go for more back then. Dunno if their prices have gone down or up since 2003-04.

The rare or "chase" figures, as they're called tend to go for a whole LOT more money. Different chest emblem, different outfit, or some small detail on a figure that was changed/altered, that's what usually makes them worth a lot.
