The first 5 seconds and the last 5 are aweful, and it seems like a conductor is necessary for timing problems, HOWEVER... I really enjoy this version of the song... EXTREMELY AMAZING. Also missing the "uh bah bah" part.

They need a conductor, slight deviations in pitch and key. When in its stride though...brilliant! Thank you..what a song!!

Is this the arrangement I did for the SoCal VoCals back in '02?! Sounds strangely similar. I remember sending it to a few groups, but forgot who... just curious.
