Just got my Behmor yesterday and I just had to watch a few videos to get the 'hang' of it before I roasted my first batch. Thanks for the tutorial. It was very helpful. I've been using a Stir Crazy with a NuWave oven to roast my beans and the process always took about 20 minutes per 1/2 lb plus the cool down. Chaff was a big problem so I'm looking forward to Behmor's chaff collector doing its job. Thanks again.
