Here is Guy's Super in Final Fight 3 (aka Final Fight Tough).

-Senken Idashou(千拳唯打掌)-
Grab the opponent (during SUPER), and then
right, right down, down + Attack (right direction)

how do you perform supers?

Get close to your opponent (during SUPER), and then

→ , ↘, ↓ + Attack (when Guy is facing to right direction)

@LiMeej You have to grab your opponent with Guy and press: F, F/D, D + Attack. It doesn't always work though.
