Light x L :: "For you only"

((Yes this is a Shōnen-ai/Yaoi AMV, If you have a problem with gay-fandom then back away now)) xDD

The story tells itself within the clips, but i guess i can give it a brief outline. ^^
Light and L have liked each other for months now, Upon leaving college late Light see's L stood in the rain, he decides to take him indoors to dry up, where they share their first kiss.
A few months go by and L mysteriously passes away in Light's arms. Crushed, Light feels lost, replaying the moments they spent together through his mind, he becomes overly depressed without his soul mate that he.. decides to pass on to be with L (In nicer terms), with the picture of his loved one within his mind as he passes away. ~Fin.

Did i say brief? Well you know what i'm like when i get going XD!

So, this is my 1800 Subscribers AMV, Decided to make a cute-gay-couple AMV for it ^_^
Haven't edited in a while so i'm a little rusty!

if i'm allowed to say some critique, the only thing you should do in my opinion is joking more with contrast and saturation. colours seems dull, and grayscale needs to be brighter/darker to give strenght to the emotion it brings. just my opinion, btw.

rawr. stunning. your videos are always the best. i love them till death and i can't get annoyed from rewatching them, NEVER. this is unique, Lottie.

@AntarcticaLight :: I was going to slap on a different coloured effect like i've done with previous videos but my stress got the better of me, i just wanted to get it saved and uploaded before i deleted the whole thing. xDD And i love L, not hate him, I love his sadness but i love focusing on Light having a heart, feeling love and care towards someone. I usually create videos which reflect my emotions at the time so yush i tend to follow my storyline rather than lyrics. =3

Wow...this isn't as bad as some people are saying. I really, really, really enjoyed watching this- a video doesn't need a ton of effects to be good. The rawness of this video is what makes it o good :)

going back to the video, I love your small, imperceptible effects. when L dies and you zoom on his eyes, i guess just a few persons noticed that you turn to grayscale for a second. another particularity that makes you inimitable.

then, the memories. "you will find me in orbit" gave me chills, i don't know why. maybe that's the only scene i find to fit metaphorically the lyrics. then Light's desperation, and death. STILL DAMNED MERGED WITH THE MEMORIES. memories killed him.

i love how you catch his expressions. his eyes, his movements. how you intensify them. how you use them etc. yes, they're usual scenes. same famous scenes, but.. the effort into them changes everytime. and you always work on this thing: they love eachother-one of them gets lost or die-the other one lives desperately in his memories. and eventually suicide. this is your storyline, everytime. -hugs- i guess it's part of your life.
