Medvedev at COP15: We will cut emissions regardless of deal

It's time to take action - that's the message from world leaders addressing the UN climate conference in Copenhagen. Meanwhile, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has stressed that Russia will cut carbon emissions even if the global climate deal is not reached.

I am glad Russia will cut emissions anyway and this is the way forward. If we want the world to change we should start with ourselves, the only thing that we can really change. I also don't understand all this anger over a very natural desire to improve the environment. Thank you RT, I haven't seen Medvedev's speech on western news, but it really is the best of what has been said in Copenhagen.
