listen, if your talking about the peace treaty with moqtadas militia. you should know that they are fighting iraqi troops and not america. most of that militia are uneducated drug addicts and criminals from saddams regime. they kill inocent and loot from the people. I am an iraq shia and I think iran should stop supporting the militias. The money is coming from arab countries. and militants use that money to buy weapons from iran.
