@quatie Sorry, it took so long to reply. It took a year to get full recovery. During the year, I was able to do the things I wanted, but there was always a lingering feeling of the surgery. I was able to exercise, but carefully. I am a computer operator and was able to work, it just took a few months to get the confidence to lift a server and a things like that. What I did notice is that after a yr, I woke up and was totally impingement free and was stronger than ever. Hope this helps.

@jvtrainor When you say a year to recover, what did it stop you doing for that year? could you exercise? work? I have read that you might lose sensation in your hands? Was it just one arm that bad as mine are both arms.

Yep, this one smarts a little - had the op myself a little while ago - although it must be said it does help settle the nerve down some time later

I had this surgery 1 week ago. Can somebody tell me what kidn of rehab exercises and how often they should be done for this surgery?

I had this done about 18 months ago. I am very active in sports (golf and softball) and had this so I can continue playing. Very happy I did. I am throwing harder than ever and my golf game is pain free, and no more numbness in the hand. Doc told me a year to recover. He was nearly on TO THE DAY. Do the rehab and all the best.
