Lasers are big fun, but that's about it in my opinion. I'd rather see something more technical and demaning at a venue like the Olympics. The D-One could be a nice alternative but frankly, I'd rather see something really challenging, like the good old Contender.
I tested the boat and there is absolutely no need of trapeze, thanks to the lateral terraces which are adjustable on helmsman's weight. It lmeans that very different helmsmen (i.e. tallness and weight) can compete at arms lenght. The boat is really easy to helm; no speed and performances comparaison with Laser...
I'm positively ecstatic about this en devour!

Very interesting boat, but why no trapeze? I'd love to see this one at the Olympics in 2012 instead of the kids boat, called Laser ;)
