@siasabora you know that is not a solution. if all the slums are cleared out then all the cheap labor disappears. Then no more people trekking to inda and the cost of basic commodities goes up.

the usual blame game oh the Gov't this oh Gov't that ...this is not a natural disaster! People must be ejected from these slums and herded back to their rural homes. No gov't anywhere in the world can afford a Fire Engine for every ramshackle slum lane in a city...!
Fire Engines are not Helicopters...how would they reach the fire spot?
