@StalkerOblivian Hi. I would rather take a look at the Intel i5 2500K. The "K" stands for fully unlockable, and it can be clocked from 3.3GHz to 4.5GHz on 4 cores. Its a bargin, its totally sick at overclocking but still long above good enough stock. Tho you would have to upgrade your motherboard and memory to, but I wouldn't spend that kind of money on an old technology thats going to be outdated soon. Tho it is a cheap upgrade you would gain much performance.

what bios versio you use with E8400?

Buy them on ebay with low budget

buy i7 985 4ghz, Sapphire ATi Radeon 5970 HD (Oc Edition) +8gb ddr3 2400 mhz ram

Im still using it, cuz i dont play that many PC games.. I play a bit CSS from time to time, and i play Crysis, GTA and such sometimes, but i usually use my computer for Firefox, IM, music, movies, downloading, and so on.. And when I can use it to play Crysis with fair gfx and framerate, then im satisfied. But I want to buy a 4870 as soon as I get a job and get some money.. Have to use some money on car license to..

i couldn't help but notice that you had the sticks of ram on seperate channels. If you put both sticks in the separate colored slots you will get double the ram speed.

They are running in Dual Channel.. But you dont get double ram speed one way or the other..
