  • Hi. glad you liked it. I didn't lower the camber on the front deck (well not to my knowledge). i haven't really thought about the camber. i'v never had a problem with it. i haven't really used it enough to notice. i think its fine as it is although it is steeper than an average plastic kayak. Launch was strange. spent so long working on it. then very unceremoniously dumped it in the water.

  • I was thinking of building the 17' one, I just wanted to know if you bought the wood kit, and also you opinions on everything about the boat. haha much appreciated!

  • Excellent job, looks real nice. I'm currently building my 1st yak, a 17lt Chessie and i noticed the camber on your front deck doesn't look very steep. I'm only up to the hull stage, i'm about to glass it then i'll tackle the deck, i was wondering if you lowered the camber on yours or is it to plan? I'm thinking of lowering the excessive camber on mine as it seems very severe, what do you think. ps loved the launch, what a great day that would be

  • cool. do you use it much?
