FOUR SEASON TREE HOUSE

This tree house is insulated and finished inside with pine paneling.It has a gas heater,loft bed and a sofa that turns into a bed with drop leaf.The house itself is about 8'wide x 8'long and 8'high on one side and 10' high on the other.It sits on top of a 12'X 16'platform suspended from two trees 13'from the brook that flows under it.It is located in the vicinity of Port Jervis in the New York State....and that's all I can say about that....

@Relytrovert18 you can use solar panels any time of year provided it is not cloudy...i live in idaho and use solar panels year 'round.you just have to rotate toward the sun and have good batteries and an inverter

Why no use a solar panel for your electricity? You are wasting money by using extention cords....the longer the cord..the more power you use...1 solar panel,1 12 volt battery and a battery controller ....VOILA!!
