Building instructions for the bike can be found in the One Kit wonders book that can be bought from here :

The NXT bike can be built with pieces from a single NXT (Retail) kit. This model and another 10 cool creations can be found in the book, "LEGO MINDSTORMS One Kit Wonders' that was published a few months ago.

Wilzaza: No this is not controlled by a remote. It is totally autonomous and a small program makes sure it does not crash on to the edge or the second bike.
