WEBINAR: Writing Good Survey Questions

This one-hour webinar will build on the foundation of survey question writing provided in the "Designing Pre and Posts Tests" webinar, and include more extensive information about developing strong written surveys. You will learn about: developing survey objectives, the pros and cons of different types of surveys (mail, phone, in person, and internet), the seven types of questions and when to use them, the evidence around the impact of question ordering, and how to avoid common problem questions.

By the end of this webinar, participants will: * Understand the importance of having clear objectives for their survey * Be able to recognize the seven different types of survey questions * Be able to recognize problem questions * Have confidence to develop precise and appropriate survey questions
