Learn why Catholics and Protestants have different versions of the Bible. This video and the research that preceded it was inspired by the YouTube user "deliveringit" and his video on the subject:

@PapalSoldier anyone who dies OUTSIDE the Catholic Church is hellbound. Lets not intimidate Christ with words as these. Christ saves to the uttermost. The true belivers are called out before the foundations of the world in God's foreknowledge.

baptism is not with water, but it is a inward indwelling of the holy spirit, the new birth, the great mystery which is Christ in You the hope of glory. People need to understand the dispensations or administration of the times. Put on the mind of Christ for he is the center point of all history.

@AmericanBerean anyone who dies OUTSIDE The Catholic Church is hellbound, this is a Catholic DOGMA, why is it so hard for you to believe? Was anyone saved outside The Ark?
also regarding Baptisms, you might want to research St.Cyprian and Pope Stephen, this was already discussed in the 3rd Century.

@PapalSoldier If such baptisms are valid, then they are truly incorporated into the Body of Christ, the Family of God, His Church, the visible form of which is the Catholic organization. Obviously they are not in complete communion (they not partaking of the whole Sacramental economy), they are members implicitly, not explicitly.
Such spiritual association is enough to get them into Heaven. It's just that they could grow so much more if they were Catholic.

@AmericanBerean Yes, Baptisms are valid under heretics, but don't confuse a valid Baptism, with a membership into The Catholic Church.

@PapalSoldier The key word is "universal". Christ's Church is universal & is more than just a visible society, it is also a spiritual association. RCC teaches that any baptism done in the Name of the Father & Son & HS (and in faith, for a reasoning person), is valid. This means that person is then a child of God, a member of His Universal Church, even if not an obvious member of the Catholic organization.
Popes are often quoted out of context by anti-Catholics..we should not do so.

@AmericanBerean "When you believe" now you sound protestant.
“There is one universal Church of the faithful, outside which no one at all is saved.” (Pope Innocent III, Fourth Lateran Council, 1215.)
The Church Fathers,Saints and Councils disagree with your modernist interpretation.

@PapalSoldier True. But not in the sense that you must be a card-carrying member of the organization. Surely you agree that outside the Body of Christ there is no salvation. He founded His Church (aka the Body of Christ) as a visible society, not just a spiritual association. When you believe, and are baptized in the name of the Father, Son & HS, you are part of that Body, which is the Universal Church, aka the RCC.
In that sense, there is no salvation outside the Catholic Church

@AmericanBerean ??? It's a DOGMA that there is no salvation outside The Catholic Church, even if someone dies for God.
