No . You originally stated "moderate atheists dignify communist fanatics" ..They dont. . Atheism facilitates freedom from theological slavery . Therefore "communist states" generally wont bow to the church and history has a few examples of this . Religious people have differing political views but what is becoming alarmingly familiar is the religious influence in politics.. You cant have imaginary deities where peoples lives are concerned . Its dangerous

Atheism doesnt facilitate communism the way you portray it . My friend has a mildly right-wing taste in politics and i'm more of a socialist , neither of our political stances are in any way connected to our atheism .
