A long, long time ago, Windows was something that most people went to the store to purchase. There was no online ordering and most computers just came with DOS preinstalled.

By the time Windows 3 was released, Microsoft sold only a couple million copies. Now, with Windows 7 pre-installed on most computers sold, hundreds of millions of copies are sold in a year, and that still includes people going to the store and buying it in a box. Impressive.

Even I, someone whom is accused by being an apple lover by viewers of the show has both Mac OS X and Windows 7 machines. They both have their strengths and weaknesses but that's not what this post is about. This episode is about nostalgia.

So sit back, grab something with booze in it, and watch the episode. There are lots of photos and videos that should bring back lots of memories of the OS we've come to love (or hate). Enjoy!
