Eternal Father, Strong To save. Hymn Tune: Melita. This beautiful Hymn is often sung by the Military, at the end of each Verse, it references, ' Peril on the Land and Air and Sea '.

When I was serving my Country in the U.S. Navy; I can remember playing this beautiful Hymn on the Organ outside on the Deck of the USS WASP (Aircraft Carrier) with Full Military Honors for Two Pilots who lost their life's when their Aircraft didn't land correctly and they nosed dived in the ocean. Over 2,000 Sailors and other Military Service Men and Women, singing this Hymn with Solemn Dignity. It was a very moving Service as you can imagine. RIP - my Sailors, in Christ Peace.
