@ledviades No. The game is poorly optimized because of consoles. It utilizes the CPU all wrong. Hence why some processors run this game at 100% ALL the time, when actually it should be shared across the graphics card.

i have the same procesor , but i have a 6770 xfx ati radeon , and this game doesnt runs no way lol , and my video card it was realsed on 2010 or 2011 i dont know , and i have 4 gb .... so what should i do burn my fucking pc?

Need to ask you a quick question if you don't mind.: did you happen to take a look at your CPU load while playing this game? My brother has the same processor (not overclocked) and it's forever using 100% load.

@AlwaysLearningTech yeah man...i did look and first time i saw i kinda freaked out...but i spent 40 bucks got myself a giant heatsink so my system is constantly cooled...so yeah i work it hard, but im preventing damage cause of cooling...and its been like 2 years i have it no probs... :)

The 9800 gt its a good video card.so to roding the gta iv is looser card :O

GTS450 1GB is a very good card too and is it slightly speeden up? well i mean the video the way he runs and shit
and could you say how much FPS does it get on max sets without being speeden up? over 20 or sumtin? cuz im going to get Intel Q8300 Core2 Quad soon

@Tranceislifeful The video is NOT sped up...ignore that guy...lag occurs sometimes with fraps...i cant give you a fps for max settings because i dont have this game anymore...but i can tell you that when it was completely maxed it lagged...it was playable..but rather annoying...like all the details were maxed in this video..but the view disatances were at minimum...so yes and no for maxed hope i helped
