"Biochemical Disorders- Urolithiasis" The Music Video

This was the final project for our biochemistry class. We have a powerpoint too, but to spice things up a bit, we made a poorly vocal recorded, hasty video. It took us 2 days to shoot (limited access to the building/classrooms) and it took me 5 hours to edit lol. It's also a parody of that SNL skit with Rihanna and Shy Ronnie. I remade the beat though.

And the pain that you feel as the stones are trying to pass through
Pop an anti-spasmotic and it may be over soon.

First thing's first, the predisposing factors
and i'm not gonna lie, it hurts, i'm not an actor
from the ph, the stasis, the presence of precipitators:
the phosphates, oscillates, calcium, and urates, PLAYA

they develop in the kidney then follows through the urinary tract
once it gets into the urethra it's a pain SNEAK ATTACK
but i'm not tryna scare you i'm just tryna be your friend
so if you listen to me now, it will help you in the end

since i have this disease i guess i'll tell you my story
when i look at my pee, YUP, it's kinda gorey
blame it on the hematuria, in my urine, uh
got that nausea, vomitting; it can lead to renal failure

so i got a few ways to help you with your problem
i encourage ambulation, push fluids, or narcotics
moist heat to flank, you know that is what i thAnk
anti-emitics for nausea now don't forget yo drank!

I've seen this video a lot. I watch this video when I need a break from studying. I go to the noho campus and the workload gets hectic, I forget to have fun like you guys in this video sometimes. Lol thanks for posting it up. I enjoy it. Oh & good luck this term and the rest of the program!
