In one of Hubbard's book, possibly "history of man", a camera-like object was used to torture people. From a scientologist's standpoint using a camera on protesters is a form of assault, which causes a re-stimulation of those old past incidents.
I hope someone knows more about this than I do. Knowing the right details about this is important since we could recite policy back to them and claim assault.
It would be interesting from a legal perspective. They are willingly committing assault.
