  • @sooperheromax certainly true. Mick and John went out to earn as much cash as possible and Peter went out to do the opposite. But who will be remembered and respected when all is said and done. Fleetwood Mac was Peter Green.

  • I would've prefered that Peter Green didn't sell his trademark Gibson Les Paul to some Irish wanker named Gary Moore.

  • @andychrist916 bit harsh? i love both versions of the band :)

  • eat this .I. Stevie Nicks ;-)

  • @tbird888 Listen to the music of Mali and you will realise the blues actually goes back thousands of years. I am glad this track is making so many people happy, but I can't pretend it does much for me.

  • @tbird888 I agree with you that most of the newer generation Sabbath stuff without Ozzy is definately not blues. But their first album is pretty much blues. Now you might not see that at first sight, but if you listen close to Tommy's playing you hear a real bluesy playing style, picking notes carefully and perfect use of vibrato. Like I said. Fleetwood mac stepped a little bit away from blues at then play on, while the bluesroots actually remained. With some exceptions on the album of course.

  • @TimBirkenholz black sabbath is not and has never been blues. Eric Clapton made two blues recordings the beano album and From the Cradle and in a history of blues that goes back a hundred years those two albums are just okay. Music did not begin when the Beatles played on Ed Sullivan

  • just pure soul pouring through his tone....not to mention his voice.
