Starting my truck running on 100% waste vege oil (same as my other video, but with sound).
VIDEO STARTS HALF WAY THROUGH, pictures are first.
This is at 8 degrees Celsius. Becomes hard to start below 12 deg. good BBQ smell!
This is my truck that i am running on 100% WVO (waste vegetable oil).
The previous night the oil from the injector pump was too thick & i ran the battery flat trying to start it, so after charging the battery i poured hot water onto the injector pump, the pump pipes and injectors to help the system along with starting.
I got the engine to start (this time with 100% WVO, 50% was much easier to start). It will start with no glow plugs on diesel within three revolutions. WVO takes much longer to start.
This was without using glow plugs at 8 degrees Celsius, at 8am in the morning with a fully charged battery. It is an Isuzu Bighorn 1991 2.8TD intercooler.
80 micron filter!!!!!!!!!!!!! get a smaller one before you block everything up a 10 or a 5 is what you need.

@cybermods . I am using x2 10 micron filters in-line after the 80 micron filter, then i have another 10-mic filter & x2 8-mic in the truck, so it is well filtered.
Currently working on a gravity fed system to slowly filter bulk of oil & hopefully save me a few hours filtering time. thanks.
